COVID-19 pandemic has made us stop and think but also feel. During the last weeks we have been really aware about our emotions and also about others’ feelings. We empathised with the people suffering the COVID-19, with their families, with the doctors and nurses trying to save lives every day, with the people losing their jobs due to the situation, etc. Feelings played a major role in our lives and some of us felt uncomfortable with it. Why? Because we use to ignore them, we do not spend so much time just “feeling” without doing any other thing. So let take this opportunity to give emotions the place they deserve, let them come into our lives to stay and try to know them a little bit better. We are all made of feelings.
